I'm trying to figure out how the heck I can switch my Dual Rec (multi watt) with a pxl live looper switcher. Midi doesn't work on this amp so I assume they made it proprietary that only allows their factory footswitch. I can manage to switch to the green and red channel if I use triggers with patch cables... but can't switch to orange and obviously can't control the fxloop on / off and solo. Hmmmmm I wonder if there is a way with a TRS splitter. Any ideas? ***EDIT*** Got it sorted with the PXL Live... was actually very simple to use the triggers to switch to green, orange and red channel. Video will be up on my channel shortly for anybody interested.

I'm commenting on an old video but for a reason. Did you use this long term without any problems? Cioks are made in Poland. A Truetone (supposed to be good) made in China power supply that I bought failed.

I don't know if you are still playing man or not, but I certainly hope you didn't stop. I just bought my first set of Warman's (Deadly Sinners) for a 7 string I've had kicking around. I've pretty much watched all your videos on the Warman's, which all have sounded killer. I saw that you previously stated that the Destroyers were probably your favorite. Do you still feel that way?

This video encouraged me to pull the trigger on getting a Warman Loki set.

Looking up pickups on RUclips is usually disappointing cuz they either have awful amp tone settings, or use their phone mic, or both. So thank you for a well made demo!

Question, how does it sound in 4 CM? I have a new Multi Watt Recto on the way and I use a Helix in 4CM with my amp for effects and occasional model use. I read that there are phase issues with the MW recto and the helix. Is that the case or goes it sound great to you?

You should really redo your Warblades vid. Your recording quality is WAY better. And this was 4 years ago now.

Thanks for posting this. It's amazing how something so mundane as posting what an engine SHOULD sound like is helpful. Mine is making quite a bit of valve noise. It sounds a lot like yours, but I think mine might be getting louder. Still it's nice to know some valve noise is normal for these engines.

A few people have compared these pickups to Bill Lawrence L500s or SD Dimebuckers but honestly I think they have more tonal similarities to a Dimarzio X2N

Wow that sounded really good. I haven’t had much luck with the tones I’ve got from paid presets for the helix but those sounded killer. I haven’t tried chop tones yet. Did you find they needed much tweaking?
